My Recent Amazon Purchases

In an effort to be more real - and I guess even writing that feels weird - it’s not that I haven’t ever been “real”. But, I think I’ve tried to stay on topic. The topic has been home decor, and styling and I’ve considered everything else kind of “fluff”. But, the thing is, that I am so much more than just home decor and styling, and this blog and my Instagram account are just for fun. So…I want to have fun!

Recently I have ordered some fun things from Amazon and I thought I’d share! I have actually received and opened all of these things, so I can confirm that I do actually like them, in case you were curious about my personal review - haha!

I’m a curious gal, and I always love seeing what is in other peoples carts, especially when it’s affordable (I’m just thrifty by nature - what can I say!), and so I thought I’d share in case anyone wanted to see what was in my cart!

I think my FAVOURITE thing that I purchased was the brass D ring. I actually saw a keychain like this on June Home Supply (I love that site, if you haven’t been!) and it was sold out/I didn’t want to pay for shipping from them when I thought maybe I could find it elsewhere. And, I was right! SO many options on Amazon - there is actually a really amazing oval one that I am kicking myself for not purchasing as well. So, definitely take a peek if you are in the market for a unique and chic keychain.

And…most of these things are not at all aesthetically pleasing - but I included the “more cute” items in this round up, but have listed some boring (or just ones with bad photos) in a list down below!

1. I got two sets of these tiny sleeper earrings and I’ve been wearing them ever since they arrived! I found that my ears were irritated by so many of the earrings I already had, and I wanted something low maintenance that I could sleep in. These have totally done the trick! Love them! I got them in the 10mm, and they are snug on my ears and super minimal looking. 2. I have been a long time mega fan of the Water Sleeping Mask, and had heard good things about the lip mask , but had never dove into it. I ordered it, and I love it. Just a PSA, this is not the best price I found out after. It is cheaper on Sephora.com but thought I’d share the actual one I purchased. 3. The Laneige Water Sleeping Mask I mentioned before, that I love, love, love. This is not my first jar and it definitely won’t be my last. I usually use this as my night cream. 4. I jumped on the barrette band wagon . I used to be the QUEEN of barrettes back in the day, so I’m excited that this trend has resurfaced! But, wow, barrette technology has improved since I was a child. These are FAR more comfortable! To be honest, I’m not sure when or where I will ever wear these. But I don’t have any hair accessories and this was a cheap way to add some into my hair repertoire! 5. I got this brass piece as a new keychain . There are some great shapes online, and it’s an affordable way to add some extra style to your key-ring. I think these are unique and look high-end! 6. I love Micellar Water, and I gave this one a try. I found it really helped my skintone, and I see a bigger change in my skin with this one, than I did with the Garnier Sensitive Skin Micellar Water (which I was using before!). This is my second bottle - the first one I was given by a friend, but this was worth ordering again! Also, for $7? You can’t really complain! 7. On Prime Day, these White Strips were on a major sale. Matthew and I are both working on whitening our smiles and so far, it’s been good! We’re on “day 4” and I’m already seeing results! I had tried White Strips in the past and absolutely HATED how they felt. My teeth were sore, the bleach got in my mouth - it was truly miserable. I tried Cali White and while it was okay, the gummy trays and the gel-bleach made me want to gag, so I went back to White Strips, and WOW have they improved. They are so grippy on your teeth. It truly was a completely different experience! 8. I LOVE these brass trays . I bought the set of two for the Kitchen and the bathroom. This is to place the soap dispenser on, as well as a wooden brush in the kitchen. So far so good! For the price they are excellent quality! 10/10 would recommend and buy again! Also, honestly, they’d be a great little gift! 9. I showed this depiller on my stories the other day, but it WORKS WONDERS on our upholstery. Frank had essentially ruined our dining chairs and they literally look brand new. This one can run with batteries, or plugged in. It also comes with 2 replacement blades so you get an extra bang for your buck. So far, I’m super happy with it!
